About Me

It must be love
My name is Farhad Roshanaie (CoachRosh)! I was born in Tehran. We are four siblings, and I am the youngest one. When I was 7, I started to play tennis and after a few years I became one of the top players in Iran in my age. I love sport, and I have experience with tennis, swimming, water polo, water skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding, soccer, and basketball. When I was 21 I moved to Germany to study Biomedical Engineering, after I got my degree I moved to Seattle. I'm a United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) certified coach, and I’ve been teaching tennis for over 10 years. I've worked mostly with kids and young competetive players. I've been teaching tennis in Iran, Germany and the US. The main purpose of my blog is to share my tennis experiences with you. I'll post some information/ links about different aspects of tennis such as technical, tactical, physical, mental, strategic, and environmental drills and lessons.
